1. Acceptance
By accessing or using VYOU ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Graylight Creative.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VYOU. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental consent.
3. Free Accounts and Ad-Supported Service
Free accounts receive access to the public content library and live channels supported by advertising. By using a free account you consent to receiving advertisements during or before content playback. Ad content is sourced from third-party networks and we do not control its specific content beyond category exclusions we configure.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any DRM or access control; (b) download, capture, or redistribute content from the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or bulk-access content; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Content
Content available through VYOU is either licensed, in the public domain, or owned by the operator. Public domain content is provided under its original status. We make no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of metadata. Content availability may change at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAYLIGHT CREATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
